ONE OF OUR ROLES as your missionaries on the ground is to take a lot of the headache of having to plan an overseas missions trip off your plate.  We’ve created the relationships, checked out the locations, tasted the food. . .scoped out the best beaches. . .know where Jesus needs to be preached. . .poured into the hearts of the locals with His love. .we know what to do, and; what no to do.  That’s the blessing of having us on the field!

Costa Rica Trip Expenses (for 10 day trip)

Our typical missions trip lasts 1 to 3 weeks depending on your preference.  2 days for air travel and 5 to 19 days in country.

Cost Breakdown

Costs per person for 10 day trip:


• Project / ministry donation* $500.00 (standard)

  1. Ground transportation $10.00/day = $100.00         (10 days in country)

  2. Food and Lodging $35.00/day = $350.00             (10 days in country)

       Total $950.00 per person

* Project & ministry donation varies depending on size and financial availability of the team.  We try and encourage the team to raise all of the funds necessary for the completion of the sponsored projects.  Any funds in reserve will be utilized in ministry throughout the year.  These funds are separate to any additional supplies or materials that you may wish to provide and are a great blessing towards fulfilling our work in the tropics.  Thank you for partnering!

Average price is based on 10 - 12 person team.  Prices may vary with smaller groups.  If your group is smaller please e-mail us for a separate quote.

EXTRA COSTS

Airfare and trip insurance

Typical airfare runs from $400-$550 depending on the time of year;


Make sure you schedule the time with us before booking your flight so that you don’t get any penalty fees if you have to change the dates;


•You will need to pay a departure visa fee (which is not included in the airfare.)  The cost is $26.00 per person;

•Trip insurance – You may wish to contact your insurance provider and ask for a trip coverage insurance for your team . Or go to MEDEX online for an estimate on trip insurance www.MedExAssist.com.

We will arrange all of your transportation, hotel and in-country details so that all you will need to do is to prepare your team and come! It’s that simple.
